CarWash AntiCalc Plus 90

General information

Concentrated acidic foam cleaner for cleaning and descaling wash bays and car washes. With corrosion protection.

Leaves a hydrophobic micro-film and seals the surface.

Very economical and powerful.

Area of application

For regular cleaning of textile brushes in car washes and their infra-structure (systems, foam arches, blowers).

On all acid-resistant, washable floor and wall coverings such as plastic (PVC), Novilon, Colovinyl, tiles, epoxy resin, clay tiles, clinker, rubber, glass, aluminium and chrome steel.

Ideally suited for cleaning rail vehicles and lorries.

Dosage

5 - 15% (depending on the foam generator used and the desired foam stability)

Instructions for application

Foam the product onto surfaces with the foam generator until there is a closed foam layer.

Allow to act until the foam has largely disintegrated.

Clean with high pressure device.

Mechanically remove stubborn residues with a brush or pad.

Special instructions

Do not use on acid-sensitive materials such as limestone (marble, Solnhofer, slate) and artificial stone (Terazzo).

Wear respiratory protection when using pressurised atomisers (formation of aerosols).

The manufacturer accepts no liability for damage resulting from improper use.
