Disinfectant cleaner germex B-12 is provably effective against the following microorga-nisms:

Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538
Gram-negative bacteria: Escherichia coli ATCC 11229 / Proteus mirabilis ATCC 14153 / seudomonas aeruginosa ATCC 15442
Yeasts and fungi: Candida albicans ATCC 10231

Through surface disinfection with a dilution of 0.75 % as hospitalism prophylaxis and in general surgeries, all germs are destroyed within 4 hours.

Application areas

For hospitalism fighting and prophylaxis on surfaces and fittings like floors, walls, furni-ture, sanitary facilities, medical apparatus, bedsteads, etc.
For hospitals, medical surgeries, kindergartens, day care centres.

Dosage and contact time

For the application as disinfectant in hospitals and surgeries, the concentrations and contact times are fixed as follows:

Usual dosage

For periodical disinfection of hard surfaces like floors, furniture, etc.: 0.75%

Used test bacteria and test fungi

Gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus aureus
Gram-negative bacteria: Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas aeruginosa
Yeasts and fungi: Candida albicans, Trichophyton mentagrophytes

Effectiveness against Hepatitis B

1% 1 hour at low protein load
2% 1 hour at high protein load

Instructions for use

Cleaning and disinfection of floors:
Damp mop, if necessary. Apply solution and spread regularly. Remove soiled solution.

Cleaning and disinfection of walls, fittings and objects:
Wash surface. Wipe with a well-wrung cloth. Do not rinse or wipe dry!

Cleaning and disinfection in the food processing industry:
Wash manually or with a high pressure unit. Rinse with water according to internal procedures / regulations.

Special advice

Do not ingest / swallow.
Wear gloves in case of prolonged contact or sensitive skin.
In case of skin contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility for damages from improper product use.
Observe label warnings.
