General information
Powerful, highly concentrated, low-foaming and solvent-free cleaner. For cleaning floors, walls, machine or tool parts. Good emulsifying capacity for animal and vegetable fats.
For general cleaning work in industrial operations. Excellent for cleaning hall and workshop floors, stone facades and surfaces with a high degree of soiling. Suitable for manual and mechanical use (cleaning machines, high-pressure cleaning).
Readily biodegradable. Degradability is 97% within 14 days - by means of DOC analysis (OECD test 302B, EMPA test report 442372B).
Area of application
For all washable surfaces and floors such as PVC, natural and artificial stone for tiles, fittings, sanitary porcelain, chrome and chrome steel in industry, the machine industry and garages. For machines, tool parts and covers.
Dosage
Light soiling: can be diluted up to 1:1000 - (approx. 0.1%)
Heavy soiling: from 1:100 - (approx. 1%)
Instructions for processing
Minor soiling: apply solution - scrub - vacuum or apply
Heavy soiling: apply the solution (possibly with a sponge clamp), leave for 15 - 30 minutes leave to act - scrub mechanically - vacuum (rinse if necessary)
Machine/tool parts: wash in - rinse (if necessary, rub with a wrung-out cloth) - with a wrung-out cloth)
Consumption
10 litres of solution for 30 - 100m2
Special instructions
Warm water increases the cleaning effect. Discharge dirty water containing hydrocarbons via an oil separator.
