Highly efficient problem solver for quick cleaning of aluminium baking trays. Removes incrustations and burnt residues.
Removes in an immersion bath or with a brush or hand pad burnt residues and encrustations of dough, fruit and sugar. Despite its extreme cleaning power, it is gentle onto the material.
Application areas
For large bakeries, bakeries and pizzerias.
Dosage
Apply 5 - 15% (0.5 - 1.5 l per 10 litres). The optimum working temperature is 60 -80°C. Let act for 10 - 60 minutes depending on soiling. Use in an ultrasonic bath shortens the cleaning time.
Special advice
Cleaned objects which come into contact with food must be washed with tap water before use. Do not ingest. Wear gloves during use. In case of skin or eye contact, rinse with plenty of water.
